OCEAN POTION - Liquid Transformer

Ocean Potion by Mermaid Salon Intensifies the colour of Eyeshadow and Transforms it into an easy to apply liquid.

This liquid enhances any powder, while not compromising it's colour. Ocean Potion also works as an adhesive to extend wear time!

To Use: Separate the desired amount of pigment from pan or container and mix well with a drop or two of Ocean Potion to create a smooth consistency. Apply as normal.
